IN-HOME/OFFICE COVID-19 XPRESS TESTING
Do you have cold-like symptoms and cannot come to the medical center to test?
We'll come to you to administer the test.
Avoid long lines, and stay safe in the comfort of your home or office.
You can select Xpress COVID19 PCR test only or a COMBO test,
which covers Covid19 (1-Hour Xpress PCR or IA Test) + Flu A & B + RSV
Results are delivered by email either on the same business day or on the following business day morning.
Note: We currently serve areas in a radius of 15 miles from Buffalo Grove, IL
Travel Certificates are available with all PCR and IA (Isothermal Amplification) tests that are approved and required by most airlines.

XPRESS COVID-19 PCR / IA TEST ONLY: $249 (cash only).
XPRESS COMBO TEST (Covid19 + Flu A & B + RSV): $299 (cash only)
ATTENTION: The payment for the test has to be made over the phone (847-947-8444) prior to the visit.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?No appointment is necessary. Just drive up and call us at (847) 947-8444 when you arrive.

How do I get my results?The results will be emailed to you, or can be printed for you on the spot.

When will I receive my results?An Expedited PCR Test takes up to 24 hours to receive your results. In many cases, the results are available within an hour.

What do I need to bring with me?Please bring your ID and insurance card (if you have one). If you are uninsured or your insurance is not accepted by us, the cost of the test is shown above. The payment has to be in cash only. If you hold a foreign passport please bring it.

How is the test performed?It is a nasal swab. All instructions will be given to you before the test.

Do you test children?We allow children over the age of 2 to get tested.

Information for Travelers Returning to the United States:
Effective January 26, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure, or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.
