POST-COVID19 SCREENING
Detect post-Covid19 complications at an early stage
Covid-19 has rapidly spread across the globe and infected millions of people worldwide. Most people who had COVID-19 recover completely within a few weeks. But some people, even those who had mild versions of the disease, continue to experience health issues after their initial recovery.
There are many complications that can happen with a person after being sick with Covid19, including but not limited to heart problems, lung issues, thrombotic complications, risk of a stroke or a heart attack, various neurological and psychiatric complications.

Long COVID
The National Institutes of Health refer to long-term COVID-19 symptoms as PASC, which stands for "post-acute sequelae of COVID-19".
The CDC calls such cases “post-COVID conditions,” most commonly known as "Post-Covid19" or "Long-Covid". It is an umbrella term that refers to a range of “new, returning, or ongoing health problems” experienced by people after an initial coronavirus infection.
Blood clots and blood vessel complications
COVID-19 can make blood cells form clots. While large clots can cause heart attacks and strokes, much of the heart damage caused by COVID-19 is believed to stem from very small clots that block tiny blood vessels.
Other parts of the body affected by blood clots include the legs, lungs, liver, and kidneys. COVID-19 can also weaken blood vessels and cause them to leak, which contributes to problems with the liver and kidneys.
Many people report that "long-COVID" symptoms prevent them from returning to their everyday activity or even walking short distances. A post-Covid19 screening, followed by the treatments for the symptoms of long-COVID can improve quality of life and help people rehabilitate.
